Shipping and Delivery Time
Shipping cost will be displayed at the Shopping Cart page when adding items to your cart. We typically ship the same or next business day that your order is placed, Monday through Friday. We ship UPS Ground delivery method unless otherwise indicated in your shipping options. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate.
We also offer drop-shipping and blind-shipping. The shipment will be per your instructions and will not include promotional items or invoices. Please email us at support@cottonage.com or call us at (714) 434-4916 with any special instructions.
If you would like to pick up your order in person, please call us ahead
of time at (714) 434-4916 to let us know you are coming. We will have
your order boxed and ready to go.
Exchange and Return Policy
We
will be glad to refund or exchange any new, unused merchandise. If you
would like to return an unused item, you are entitled to a replacement,
refund, or credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund or
credit will not include any shipping charges shown on your invoice. A
refund or credit will amount to the total cost of the product plus any
applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return products, send an e-mail to order@CottonAge.com including the
first and last name of the purchaser, invoice number, day time phone number,
e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receiving your request, CottonAge.com
Returns Department will send you a reply with the return address and a CottonAge
Return Number"(RMA#). Upon receipt of the RMA#, repack the items, enclose
a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and return the package within
5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues
a tracking number. The RMA# MUST appear on the outside of all packages. Products
returned without the RMA# clearly indicated will not be accepted.
We suggest you keep a tracking number fro your shipper for your records. CottonAge.com
reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy
