Shipping and Delivery Time

Cottonage.com online store is open 24/7. If you order before 3:00pm(Pacific Standard Time), usually we are processing and shipping your orders in the same or the next business day. Receiving your order depends on the shipping options and the shipping address. We ship your orders via FedEx.

Delivery calculation time does NOT include the day of shipping, weekends or holidays!

Shipping charges: Shipping charges depend on shipping weight, method and destination. Shipping rates calculated automatically when you add the items to your cart. If you want to see shipping methods and prices, please add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and follow the steps. Once the shipping address is entered, the actual shipping charges to your location will appear with the shipping options before the payment.

Canadian shipments are carried via FedEx Standard delivery arriving in approximately 5-7 business days, pending Customs clearance. The shipping cost of your particular order going to a Canadian delivery address will be displayed after the shipping address is submitted. Canadian shipment recipients are responsible for Customs duties, taxes and any applicable broker fees per Canadian Customs import guidelines, upon delivery.

If you would like to pick up your order in person, please place your order online and then call us at (714) 241-8172 to let us know when you are coming for pick-up. We will have your order boxed and ready for you. If any shipping charges apply, we will issue a refund at the time of pick-up.

What is your Exchange and Return Policy?

We will be glad to refund or exchange any new or unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that is in new or unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit within 60 days of the date of invoice. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned in new condition within 60 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping and handling fees. Personalized items will not be eligible for refund or return. If there is ever a problem with a shipment, we must be notified within 60 Days of the invoice receipt date to replace or reship any items.

To return products, send an e-mail to info@cottonage.com including the name and last name of the purchaser, day time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receipt of your e-mail, the Cottonage.com Return Department will send you a reply with the return address and a "Cottonage Return Number"(RMA#). Products returned without the RMA# will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the RMA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and return the package within 5 days via mail, FedEx, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. The RMA# MUST appear on the outside of all packages and returns must be within 60 Days of invoice receipt. Cottonage.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

We suggest you keep a tracking number from your shipper for your records. CottonAge.com reserves the right to modify its Exchange and Return Policy.
