Shipping and Delivery Time

Cottonage.com is an online store that is open 24/7. Any orders that are submitted before 3:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time), will typically be processed and shipped on the same or next business day. The turnaround time/expected delivery date for all orders varies and will depend on the following: quantity, shipping location and/or if your order will be embroidered. Please note that the majority of our orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. We offer any type of drop-shipping or blind shipping. Please contact us for drop-ship services.

Expedited Shipments

Expedited shipments placed before 1:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped out the same day. Expedited shipments placed after 1:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped out on the next business day. We offer three different expedited shipping options: Three Days, Two Days, and Next Day Delivery air shipping.

Shipping charges vary and will depend on such factors including shipping weight, method of shipment and destination. Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you add the items to your cart. If you would like to view shipping methods and prices, please add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and follow the steps for purchasing online. Once the shipping address is entered, the actual shipping charges as applied to your location will appear with the shipping options before the payment.

Shipping Charges

Any orders that are over 250.00 US dollars will automatically include free shipping. Any orders that are under 250.00 US dollars will be charged a flat shipping rate of 9.99 US dollars. These two shipping rates only apply within the Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are excluded from these two shipping cost/rates.

Shipments To Non Continental States & Canada

Shipping costs and rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Canada will be determined by the address/zip code and by the weight of the order. The turnaround time for delivery for shipments to Canada normally takes approximately 5-7 business days. Purchasers from Canada are responsible for any custom duties, additional taxes or broker fees that may apply due to custom guidelines requested upon delivery.

Local Pick-Up

If you would like to place an order for pickup, please enter "Local Pick-Up" in the “Customer Notes” section located below the credit card information before submitting your order. We will call and inform you once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We will be glad to refund or exchange any unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that is in unused condition or is not embroidered, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit within 60 days from the date that the invoice was created. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned in new condition within 60 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise only, shipping fees are excluded. Embroidered orders will not be eligible for refund or return. If there is ever a problem with any shipments please note that we must be notified within the first 60-days of the date your order was created so that we may replace or re-ship any lost or misplaced order/items.

Before returning any orders or products, you must first send an e-mail to info@cottonage.com, along with the four digit order ID number and include the first and last name of the purchaser followed by a daytime phone number, e-mail address, and reason for your return. Upon receiving your e-mail, the CottonAge Return Department will send you a reply message, providing you with the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) Products returned without the RMA# will not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA# you must write that RMA# anywhere on the exterior portion of the package (preferably on top). You can ship back your order via USPS, FedEx or any third-party carrier that can provide a tracking number. Please note that all packages and returns must be within 60 days the invoice was created. CottonAge.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

CottonAge.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for CottonAge.com.

If CottonAge.com makes changes to any terms or conditions of the Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document. CottonAge.com will advise which information is gathered, how it might be used and to whom it will be disclosed to. We may change, modify, and add/remove portions of this policy at any time. If we change the way we use you personal information we will notify you via electronic mail and you will have the option to "opt-out" of that new use. We may from time to time send you e-mail or other communications regarding current promotions, specials and new additions to the CottonAge.com site. You may "opt-out," or unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any e-mail you receive from us.

We use cookies to help identify you when you visit our store and to customize your experience. These cookies make your use of the site easier, allow you to retrieve an earlier shopping cart, make the site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure site.

At CottonAge.com you can rest assured that your personal and account information is secure and in compliance with current industry standards. In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by an established third party banking. Your full credit card information is seen and processed only by third-party banking. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information.

5. Legal Disclaimer:

Occasionally CottonAge.com may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose any personal information if a court order is requested, subpoena is issued, and/or as required by law enforcement officials. CottonAge.com fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe in good faith to be unlawful.

6. Third Parties:

The information collected by CottonAge.com is used only for the limited purpose of processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes, for improving our site and its performance, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside party under any circumstances.

7. Log Files:

When you order from us, we collect personal information from you. If you order one of our products or services we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, order number, and IP address. We collect all this information as disclosed in this Policy in order to fulfill your order, to communicate with you about your order and to send you promotional materials.
