Shipping:

CottonAge.com online store is open 24/7. If you order before 3:00pm(Pacific Standard Time), we will process and shipyour orderthe same or next business day. Receiving your order depends on the shipping option you selected and the shipping address. We ship orders via UPS.Delivery calculation time does NOT include the day of shipping, weekends or holidays!

Shipping charges: We ship orders via UPS Ground Delivery unless otherwise indicated in your order.A selection of shipping methods and prices are available for your selection while you are viewing your Shopping Cart.

Drop Shipping & Blind Shipping: 

We also offer drop-in-shipment for our customers. Customers purchasing volume orders will receive discount. If the order will be blind shipment, we can exclude the invoice, and put your name on the order. Please call for further details if you would like to have products drop-shipped or blind-shipped.

Exchange and Return Policy:

We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that is in unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or a credit within 30 days of the date of invoice. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping fees.

In the email, include the full name of the purchaser, day-time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receipt of your e-mail, CottonAge.com Return Department will send you a reply with the return address and a "CottonAge.com Return Number"(RMA#). Products returned without the RMA# will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the RMA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and return the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. The RMA# MUST appear on the outside of all packages.
