Minimum Order Requirements
CottonAge.com is a wholesale website. The minimum order requirement is 6 pieces for each item.

Volume Orders

We offer Special Pricing for large orders. Please see the Details page of each product for specific quantity pricing.

Please note: During your initial shopping, our system will allow you to add 500 pieces to your Shopping Cart. While you are viewing your Shopping Cart, you may change the quantity beyond 500 pieces, in the space provided, and then click "Update".


What Robe Sizes Do I Choose?

Adult Bathrobes
Most of our robes are OSFM (One Size Fits Most). Robes are all generously sized to fit a wide range of measurements. Waist Size is approximately 60" and about 48 - 52" in length. 100% Turkish Terry or Terry Velour Robes weigh about 3 - 3 ½ lbs, Waffle Weave robes about 1 ½ - 2 ½ lbs.

Children's Bathrobes
Robes are designed to be an average fit for ages 3-6 years (approximately 26" length) and 7-11 years (approximately 34" in length).


Bathrobe Fabrics

Most of our robes are 100% Genuine Luxurious Turkish Cotton. Turkish Cotton Bathrobes gained its popularity with consumers, hotels and spas desiring the finest cotton fabrics for their guests and clients.

Turkish cotton is considered the world's finest cotton material and is recognized for its luxurious feel, absorbency and thickness. Our bathrobes are offered in Terry or Terry Velour, high grade heavy Turkish Cotton or Waffle Weave lightweight cotton.

All of our bathrobes and towels are designed to meet Five Star Hotel and Luxury Spa superior standards. Our customers include hotels and resort spas, day spas, salons, massage and natural therapy, corporate businesses, wellness centers, fitness centers, recreational and community centers, schools, retail stores, and many more.


Custom Embroidery

We offer custom embroidery of your logo or custom graphics. The first time set-up fee is $50.00 per logo or graphic, and $3.00 per item embroidered. We require a minimum of 12 bathrobes or towels for Custom Embroidery orders. Bathrobes and/or towels must be purchased before embroidery begins and cannot be returned once the embroidery is complete. If you prefer, a sample embroidery piece will be sent to you and we will await your approval. Completion and delivery time is approximately 7-10 days after you have approved the sample piece.


Personalization

We also offer an Embroidered Personalization service for bathrobes and towels. The charge to personalize your bathrobe or towel is $7.95 per name or initials. Please select the Personalization option, select color and font for your thread and input the name you would like to have embroidered. During your checkout process, please note in the Customer Notes section your instructions for the names and which robes or towels each name is to be placed.


In Stock Inventory

We keep our warehouse inventory fully stocked to accommodate our customers and provide same day shipments. Being that we manufacture, import and distribute our own products, we cut out the costly "middle-man" out and provide our valued customers with the best possible savings. We also carry a few items that are made by our manufacturing partners to provide a diverse selection of goods.


Our Guarantee

We are confident that our products will meet the scrutiny of any savvy buyer looking for the highest quality cotton products available on the market today. If you are not satisfied, you may return any order to us for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise within 30 days of receiving your shipment.


Payment Methods

We accept most credit cards, personal or company checks, and PayPal for payment of your order. If paying by check, please send it to 17150 Newhope St. #904, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 and note your Order id # on the check. Orders will be shipped upon check clearance of 5-10 business days.


Shipping and Delivery Time

Shipping cost will be displayed at the Shopping Cart page when adding items to your cart. We typically ship the same or next business day that your order is placed, Monday through Friday. We ship UPS Ground delivery method unless otherwise indicated in your shipping options. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate.

We also offer drop-shipping and blind-shipping. The shipment will be per your instructions and will not include promotional items or invoices. Please email us at support@cottonage.com or call us at (714) 434-4916 with any special instructions.

If you would like to pick up your order in person, please call us ahead of time at (714) 434-4916 to let us know you are coming. We will have your order boxed and ready to go.


Back Ordered Items

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our bathrobes and towels, a product may be placed on Backorder until additional inventory is received. If an item is on backorder, we will notate the product's Details page of the backorder and restocking date. Backorders will be filled as soon as product is restocked and a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. If you have questions about your backordered item, please email us at support@cottonage.com.


Change or Cancel Order

We do our best to ship all orders the same day that the order is received. If you would like to change or add items to your order, please call us immediately at (714) 434-4916 or email us at order@ CottonAge.com. We will try to accommodate your request to modify an order before the order is shipped out. If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may return your items once you have received them. If you would like to cancel an order, please note our Return Policy.


Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. Please keep the tracking number to reference the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable time, please email us with your name, contact info, order number and tracking number and the best time to reach you.


Lost password

If you have lost or do not remember your username and password, choose the Recover Password option. You will be asked for your email address, shortly you will receive the information you gave when you registered. If you need to change your username or password please contact us by email.

As an e-commerce affiliate, you place our links/banners on your website. When a visitor to your site clicks on the link and makes a purchase at our site, you earn a commission (percent of sale). We handle the entire shopping and buying experience through our e-commerce channel.

Exchange and Return Policy

We will be glad to refund or exchange any new, unused merchandise. If you would like to return an unused item, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund or credit will not include any shipping charges shown on your invoice. A refund or credit will amount to the total cost of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return products, send an e-mail to order@CottonAge.com including the first and last name of the purchaser, invoice number, day time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receiving your request, CottonAge.com Returns Department will send you a reply with the return address and a CottonAge Return Number"(RMA#). Upon receipt of the RMA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and return the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. The RMA# MUST appear on the outside of all packages. Products returned without the RMA# clearly indicated will not be accepted.

We suggest you keep a tracking number fro your shipper for your records. CottonAge.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy
